Once or twice a day, add 2-3 drops into your moisturiser before applying to clean skin. It can also be used alone before moisturiser if skin can tolerate it. As this is a concentrated formula, it may need introducing slowly. Try adding into your routine 2-3x per week and building up to each evening over a few weeks.
