This formula has been specific designed for very dry and keratosis-prone skin. It contains 10% Urea, which is a natural part of the skin's NMF (Natural Moisturising Factor), a fantastic hydrator and gentle exfoliant. Titanium dioxide is a naturally-occurring mineral found in abundance on earth. It is used as a UV filter in sun protection products, as it offers broad spectrum protection against both UVB and UVA wavelengths (although marginally less broad vs. zinc oxide)
