Everything you need to know about Renude.
Renude is a skincare service designed to meet all of your skincare needs. When you sign-up, you will be connected with your personal licensed aesthetician to support you on your skin journey. Your aesthetician will get to know your skin and recommend the best routine for you based on your unique needs and budget.
Every 3 months, we will prompt you to check in with your aesthetician to review progress and make any tweaks to your routine. Tweaks might be required due to changes in skin goals based on progress, increasing the strength of an active ingredient as your skin gets used to it, or general seasonal skin changes. After each check-in you will be able to message your aesthetician for 2 weeks to ask any follow up questions about your routine or otherwise.
No, Renude is not a membership. It's a flexible, pay as you go service that you can use as and when your skin needs it. We recommend that you check-in with your aesthetician every 3 months to track changes in your skin and evolve your routine with your skin's current needs.
Renude did previously operate as a membership service, but after lots of customer feedback, we learnt that you valued flexibility to use the service when needed, so we changed things up to better serve you.
We offer two consultations options — by video call or through providing photos of your skin.
A photo consultation costs £20 and all you need to do to get started is upload recent photos to your private dashboard. Our award-winning AI technology scans your photos for areas of concern and our aestheticians will create you a routine based on the analysis.
If you'd like to speak to someone face to face, you can opt for a 30 minute video consultation where you'll meet one of our aestheticians to discuss your skin. A video consultation costs £35. Both services also include 2 weeks of access to messaging with your aesthetician for any follow up questions.
An aesthetician is a skin care professional who specializes in maintaining and improving the health and appearance of the skin. Renude's aestheticians are clinically trained, each with over 10 years of experience in the industry. In clinic, they are performing aesthetic treatments such as laser, peels and microneedling, alongside recommending skincare.
Our team of skincare formulation scientists and licensed skincare experts have curated the ultimate list of the best performing skincare on the market. We only work with skincare products with proven active ingredients that achieve results, and prefer those that are developed or tested alongside dermatologists.
We have created a detailed vetting process to allow us to make an objective, unbiased decision on whether a skincare product should be recommended by Renude. During this process we review the product's active ingredients, formulation, clinical data, customer reviews, awards, etc.
We continually refine our product list based on reviews from our community to make sure everything we recommend is also loved by our Renudists. On the rare occasion that a product isn't performing well, we remove this from our system.
We offer a risk-free guarantee for all new customers. So if you decide to become a member after your consultation, but change your mind within 48 hours of starting your membership, we'll refund your money, no questions asked.
