Why did you choose to trust Renude with your skincare journey?

I wanted to to build a better skincare routine with the best products for my skin and after finding Renude, It read, and was, bespoke to me and offered a number of brands to tailor my routine over talking with just one brand.

How did you find your initial consultation with your aesthetician?

Surprisingly refreshing and communicative, Amelia seemed to want to know me and what I wanted and cared about making my experience enjoyable. 

Were you pleased with the skincare recommendations we made?

Overall most of my recommendations were great, the ones I felt I wasn't sure about, we discussed it online and Amelia then steered me to an alternative which was actually great. The best takeaway from this experience for me was that I never felt pressured to use something on my skin or to buy something if I didn't have all the information. It was never about making a sale, and it left me feeling like I could always ask my aesthetician anything at any time with no pressure. 

What skincare lessons has Renude taught you so far?

That a routine is always best to use together, rather than trusting one product to do all the work. The products in my routine were chosen for a reason, to work together and enhance my skin. 

Have your skin goals changed since you first started with us?

Overall my skin is looking better and brighter and I’m able to manage my less frequent blemishes. 

Do you feel like you know your skin better now and how to treat it? 

I certainly know a lot more and use a much wider range of products so it has been educational in a very personal way.

Has your routine been tailored along your skincare journey and how did you find this process?

Certainly, my routine has been adapted seasonally and whenever I have reported new or specific issues with my skin. It’s all so easily done and communicating with Amelia is very easy through regular check-ins and the messaging portal on my dashboard. Additionally, if I ever haven't been very clear, Amelia will always follow up for more information which lets me know she’s considering everything I’m saying. 

How knowledgeable did you find your Renude aesthetician? 

Extremely. I feel like they genuinely care, and that I'm not just a number or request to process
