Onboarding is quick and simple, typically taking 2-4 weeks. Here’s what to expect:

1. Setup and Information Gathering: We collect key details from your team including brand guidelines, product information, and relevant integration access.
2. Experience Mockup: We provide you with a mockup of the complete customer journey for your internal review and feedback.
3. Build and Testing: Once approved, we build your custom AI experience and share this for final testing and approval before going live.

• Customers complete a short questionnaire about their skin, including their key goals, skin type, and sensitivity.
• Before they submit their profile, they upload images of their skin for AI-powered skin analysis.
• A full AI skin analysis and recommended routine is generated instantly for the customer. Customers can convert easily with direct checkout on their routine.

Skin Chat AI

• The AI-powered assistant is available on your website for real-time customer engagement.
• The SkinChat AI will adapt its prompts based on the page the customer is browsing. For example, on a moisturizer category page, there may be prompts such as ‘Which moisturizer is best for my skin?’. If on a specific product page, the prompt might be ‘Is this product a good match for my skin?’

Renude is fully GDPR Compliant. As our technology is a plug-in on your website, Renude acts as the data processor, and your company is the data controller and owner of all the first-party data collected from the AI tool.

As part of the onboarding process, a Data Processing Agreement will be signed outlining how data is managed securely and in compliance with GDPR regulations.
